General remarks Covering your eyes at night is an important protective measure for those whose eyes dry out at night. Some people tape their lids shut, but this is not always effective and adhesive from tapes can be very irritating to the skin. So some kind of sleep mask is essential to many of us. The Basic Sleep Mask is our low-budget option and while individual mileage will vary... you may be pleasantlly surprised at how much improvement you can get just by putting on this mask after applying your favorite overnight lubricant.

Tips Try placing a small folded damp cloth underneath as a makeshift moisture goggle for a soothing half-hour treatment.
