After spending too much money on Christmas trees the past couple years, we decided to hit Olympic National Forest with a $5 tree permit.
The weather was clear and we got to peek at different parts of the Olympic range. Unfortunately, most of the trees we passed driving down the forest road were spindly ones growing close together. We ended up finding a decent one that had branches that grow mostly out of on half of the tree.
