This is the only category of products in the Shop where it's really not feasible for me to speak from personal experience. And even if it were, in this murky area of nutrition of and nutritional supplementation, without dry eye studies and/or overwhelming anecdotal evidence from users, I think it would be irresponsible of me to hazard any suggestions about potential results as regards improving dry eye specifically. So, I'm limiting myself to general observations about what the product was like for me for however long I took it (if at all). Anyway, here are my "added value" comments for what they are worth:

(Feb 2008) I've been using the cinnamon flavored oil daily for a few weeks now and LOVING it! This product was my very first tentative venture into the world of liquid oils as opposed to the capsules I've taken for years (fish/flax combo for the last couple of years, then Barleans Total Omega). I am gingerly trying to educate myself about Omega 3s and I post about it now and then in my blog, The Dry Eye Digest. 

I was tremendously relieved to find it so much easier and tastier to eat than I'd expected. It's BRIGHT yellow, so be forewarned. I stir it into some plain yoghurt and put berries on top for breakfast every morning and it's wonderful. All it does is give a gentle hint of cinnamon. What I like best is, I can trick my husband into getting some Omega 3s every day - he loves yoghurt and he likes the very subtle cinnamon flavor.

If you want to know more, watch the blog.... I'm planning to eventually try one of these oils  straight up (hm) but before that I'll probably try the lignan or the lemon flavored one on salad.

Nothing against capsules, by the way. It's certainly the most convenient way to get Omega 3s and with Barleans you always know you're getting top quality.
