Here is a typical day in the life of my dry eyes:

AM: First thing in the morning I put in some Dwelle. I rinse out my tranquileyes pads and leave them to dry. While showering, I clean my lids/lashes with Ocusoft foam - usually Original, occasionally Extra Strength. I gently massage the lids a bit while rinsing it off under the shower head.

THROUGHOUT THE DAY: After putting in my sclerals, I use NutraTear drops during the day if/as needed, and Panoptx glasses outdoors especially if it's windy. Wiley-X glasses with polarized lenses for driving.

PM: At night, after taking out my sclerals I microwave my rice baggy, get the tranquileyes pads moist and head to bed. I put the rice baggy on and leave it there for at least 10 minutes but often till it cools. Then I put in Dwelle and pop on the tranquileyes goggle.

ABOUT THE FLAXSEED OIL: Currently, every morning I am stirring 2T of Cinnamon flavored oil into thick plain organic yoghurt and topping with a berry mix (the latter is bulk blue/marion/raspberries from Costco). I love it and so does my husband, little suspecting I'm feeding him something specifically to lower his cholesterol.
