Covering your eyes at night is an important protective measure for those whose eyes dry out at night, or who experience erosions, or whose lids do not fully close.

As its price suggestions, the Twilight is about halfway between the Basic and the Silhouette and fills a nice niche... something inexpensive enough to try out, or to keep a couple around as spares or for travel, but comfortable enough to wear frequently.

What makes it better than the Basic sleep mask: COTTON on the underside (vs. nylon taffeta on the Basic); a much better padded nose bridge; and an adjustable strap.

What makes it less expensive than the Silhouette: The strap (see pictures); the nose bridge (basically, the more expensive, the more padding); the thickness of the padding overall (ditto).

Tips Try placing a small folded damp cloth underneath as a makeshift moisture goggle for a soothing half-hour treatment. But make sure you wash this mask regularly.
