Everyone has different preferences and tolerances amongst these lidscrub products. Personally I've always preferred the Ocusoft brand ones, including this extra-strength one (as opposed to Sterilid, which doesn't agree with my lids, though I know it's a great product and know many people who use it successfully). These days I am not needing lid scrubs so much but I used to alternate between regular and extra strength Ocusoft, depending whether I had flare-ups. Customers are split pretty much 50-50 between the wipes and the foam.

The 50mL size foam lasts me a surprisingly long time.
