Does the DryEyeShop sell to ECPs or just patients/consumers?
Both. In addition to retail sales, we sell to a great many eyecare professionals, including universities, civilian and military hospitals and private clinics. We are not, however, a wholesaler per se. Typically, institutions and physicians purchase from us either for use in clinic or for infrequent specialty product needs. If you are purchasing products for routine resale in your practice, in most cases you can get better pricing if you purchase direct from the manufacturer of the product(s) you are seeking and we will be happy to provide contact information for them.
Doctors find it advantageous to purchase scleral lens care products and dry eye consumer products from us for use in their practice because we are a single source for a wide variety of specialty products, provide prompt, top quality customer service, and provide extensive information and support to ECPs and patients alike.
How can my patients place orders? Do they have to go online?
Your patients can order by PHONE or online at dryeyeshop.com. Many patients prefer to order by phone and we love to take their calls. Dry eye patients and scleral lens users alike are often anxious and have many questions and we like nothing better than to support them and help address their concerns. Consider us part of your team!

How do I set up an account for my practice?
It’s quick and easy! Please call 877-693-7939 and ask for Rebecca.
If it’s outside business hours (which are 8:30am - 4:00pm PT) and you don’t want to wait, you can go ahead and set up an account online by placing a credit card order. If you put a note on your order we will review your account and ensure any available ECP discounts are applied before processing and shipping it. On subsequent orders, established terms will kick in automatically.

How quickly do you ship and by what methods?
Orders placed by 2pm PT (5pm ET) ship same day.
We use USPS, UPS and Fedex. We can also ship on the customer’s shipper account if requested.
Do you offer discounts to eye care professionals?
Yes, on almost all products. Once your account is set up, your discounts will kick in automatically and you will see the discount in the shopping cart when you add products.
Can you send me patient literature?
Yes! Call or email and we’ll be happy to send you a package.
Can my patients get discounts if they shop here?
